1. Who it is for. The tracker is an internal tool of Dragonfruit Media Co for Dragonfruit staff and people we expressly authorize in writing. It is not offered to the public.
2. YouTube. The tracker uses YouTube API Services. By using it you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Data from YouTube is shown as retrieved, and measures calculated by Dragonfruit are labeled as ours.
3. What you may do. View results for work on behalf of Dragonfruit and its clients. Do not copy, resell, republish or hand on YouTube data or our measures, and do not try to access YouTube data through the tool by other means.
4. Accuracy. Public numbers are snapshots and can be wrong or change. Results are provided as is, with no warranty. Do not rely on them as the only basis for a decision.
5. Data handling. See the Privacy Notice for what is stored and for how long.
6. Changes and ending access. We may change these terms or end anyone's access at any time.
7. Governing law. The laws of the United States.
