By connecting your YouTube channel to Dragonfruit Media Co's ("Dragonfruit Media," "we," "us," or "our") analytics platform through Google's OAuth authorization process, you ("you" or "Channel Owner") agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not authorize access to your YouTube channel data.
Dragonfruit Media operates a YouTube analytics platform that collects channel and video performance data through Google's YouTube APIs and displays it in a private dashboard. The platform is designed to help YouTube channel owners and their teams track and understand content performance over time.

To use the platform, you must authorize access to your YouTube channel data through Google's OAuth process. By completing this authorization, you grant Dragonfruit Media permission to access and collect your channel's data as described in our Privacy Policy at https://dragonfruitmedia.co/privacy.
You represent that you have the authority to grant this access and that you are either the owner of the YouTube channel or have been authorized by the channel owner to connect it to our platform.
You may revoke this authorization at any time through your Google Account settings at https://myaccount.google.com/connections.
Our platform uses YouTube API Services provided by Google LLC. By using our platform, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and acknowledge Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
We are not responsible for changes to YouTube's APIs, terms, or data availability. If YouTube modifies or discontinues API access, our ability to collect or display your channel data may be affected. We are not liable for any disruption caused by changes to third-party services.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own Google account. We are not responsible for unauthorized access to your
YouTube channel that results from compromise of your Google account credentials.
Our collection, use, and protection of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy at https://dragonfruitmedia.co/privacy. By using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Privacy Policy.
The platform accesses your YouTube data in read-only mode. The platform cannot modify, delete, or post content to your YouTube channel.
All data collected from your YouTube channel remains your data. We do not claim ownership of your YouTube channel data, video content, or any intellectual property associated with your channel.
The Dragonfruit Media platform, including its design, code, and interface, is the property of Dragonfruit Media Co and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the platform, you grant us the right to use that feedback for any purpose, including improving the platform, without any obligation or compensation to you.
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.
YouTube analytics data is provided by Google through its APIs and may be subject to delays, discrepancies, or changes in availability by Google. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of data provided by YouTube's APIs and are not responsible for any errors or omissions in that data.
We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on the analytics data displayed on the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dragonfruit Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the platform.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dragonfruit Media and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the platform, (b) your breach of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights in connection with your use of the platform.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may terminate by revoking OAuth access through your Google Account settings or by emailing us at admin@dragonfruitmedia.co.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
Upon termination, we will stop collecting new data from your channel. Previously collected data is retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing admin@dragonfruitmedia.co.
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from events beyond the party's reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, internet or telecommunications failures, infrastructure outages, or other force majeure events.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform will be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
